⛔ Issue Fixed - Game freezes when watching Ads for extra moves!

Every time an ad plays my screen goes completely black & I have to quit the game in order to fix it.

    Thank you all for letting us know about the Ads for extra moves that are making the game freeze!

    We've reported this to the team in charge and this is currently being investigated. We hope to have this sorted out shortly and in the meantime, you can try clearing the cache and restart the game app and see if that helps.

    I just watched the "3 ads in a row" for extra moves, but after the third ad the "Continue" button was frozen and I couldn't do anything but quit and reload. It wasn't an issue with my device (iOS) freezing, as I could slide to other screens.

    I have exactly the same issue after watching the third ad, hopefully fixed soon as can’t see me playing this much longer till resolved!!

    I play farm heroes super saga on both an iPhone and iPad. Both are updated to the latest iOS. I’ve updated the game to v1.62.2.0, but when you watch videos to gain extra moves there are several errors. Sometimes the moves will appear (present box), but you can’t open the box to retrieve them.

    Other times the box opens, but the game won’t allow you to play the moves (screen freeze). Can only be fixed by closing the app. I’ve lost countless moves now, very frustrating.

    After I finish the moves I have an option for 5 extra moves , after I see some commercials videos. I complete the videos but NO 5 MOVES REWARD, WHY ?????

    I am also using iOS with the exact same issues. Maybe it works on Android devices? Anyway, it's very frustrating!
