It has been few hours since you have posted this question, are you still experiencing issue with the game? If you are, can you please provide more details about the issue?
- What is happening to the game?
- Which version do you have right now?
- Are you logged into the game through Facebook?

Yes, im logged through my Facebook account.
The app opens, the music plays but when I press βstartβ nothing is happening :(

Some players were experiencing glitches yesterday while playing through Facebook!! I am suspecting that might be the reason you are having issue with the game!!
To find the App version on your Android device, please follow these stepsβ¬οΈ
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android device;
- Search for "Farm Heroes Super Saga";
- In the search results, click on the name of the game (not on Play);
- Scroll down a bit and you will see a right arrow β‘οΈ just next to "About this game";
- Click on that arrow and scroll down till you see "Game Info";
- Over there, you will find the version number. I have 1.95.1 right now, which was updated yesterday.
I also need to know which software version you have on both your devices - Android and iOS.

I tried to log out from my Facebook account in the game while I was waiting your answer ( sorry Iβm really addicted to this game) then I logged in again and itβs finally working !!!ππΌ
BUT I lost allll my jugs, gloves and baskets, what im supposed to do now ? I have spent a lot of real money to collect them. Please helpππΌ
