I'm on 5745th level. Passed several times. Why game do not skip on 5746th?

I have won level 5057 on 2 different devices and the game will not progress past that level.
I have more levels available, but the game will not progress. The first time, I thought I must have missed something. This time I know I did not. Game is UTD and cache has been cleared.

How do you request more friends in this particular game, please advise. Cheers
Please advise how to request new friends in this particular game there are no invitations as in other King games…..cheers for any assistance you may be able to provide me.
