hi, I have already twice passed level 5070 and have lost 18 golden bars but it didn’t register. Didn’t go to the next level

Level 160 : BUG
Several users have reported a bug at level 160. I did some research and I have the same problem! No way, the nuts go up to the squirrels, no matter how they move, in all directions. There is nothing that makes them go up. I can't reach customer service either. It's annoying when you've made purchases...
