The goat just runs around. I want to know what moves to make to get it to remove the bales of straw.

Free Gold Bar
Hello, I received the first free gold bar on 8-26-20 and it has been a hit or miss going forward. I am not sure if I need to go in at the same time everyday in order to get this reward. I did not get one yesterday even though I opened the game about the same time as the previous day. Please advise. Thank you.

it takes ages to go back 500 levels or more

My game on my computer has been locked for almost 3 months on level 2050. However, I am able to play farther on my phone. What's the problem here? When will you catch up?
