Hello @Crazy Cat Lad, Thanks for the advice, I followed your steps above but unfortunately I am still showing level 6 on my Android and not level 2353 as per my iPad. Do you have any other ideas? Thanks in advance.

Hi @Crazy Cat Lad, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and signed in using my Email address, not Facebook. It recognises my account, but always starts at level 6? Do you have any other ideas? Caz

Hello Sukanta, Yes both avatars are the same, see attached head image. FYI if I update my personal details I.e. name this update automatically shows in both devices.
