Yes my browser is up to date I tried all the fixes you posted about clean cache etc... I use google chrome and play on Facebook on a PC

I am still not able to play pet rescue when will this game be fixed I have not been able to play for nearly 2 weeks now this is my favourite game and I have played since it started

Its only facebook that isn't working because i dont use Facebook to play and it works perfectly well for me...

3 If you use any other browser, does the black screen appear there as well? Which browsers did you try?

Playing on Google Chrome and it's up to date and I'm not having this issue with any of my other games.

We'll need to know if this happens only in Chrome or in all browsers. Therefore, I asked if the issue comes up in other browsers as well.

i use chrome and is is updated....i installed opera, and updated firefox, ans it doesn't work on any of them on my pc.....it does work on my cell phone....I have windows 7
