I downloaded pet rescue in my new iPad and I tried to sync with Facebook. It can’t be done!

I managed to sync pet rescue when I first downloaded it. The second time that I tried to open it, it asked me to sync again but it didn’t let me. It says that there isn’t internet connection that is false. What can I do?
I tried to sign in King.com by using email address and password but when I did the same to my mobile phone it didn’t sync, otherwise it shows that it is synchronised. Now I am in a different level in my mobile phone than in my iPad!

Welcome to the Friendly Pet Rescue Saga Community. There are many people on this discussion board who will help you on your Saga,
If you want to update the version of the game, go to the app store you got the app from and find the "app updates" function. All the app stores have them and press the "update" button. That should download and install a newer version of the game if there is one. BTW there are videos that will show you how to do it.
Also the no internet connection might be that you do have a connection pathway to the internet for the device but that version of the game no longer has permission to use it. I am not certain how to reset the internet permission settings for the iPod, but someone will probably read this and supply links to videos for both issues if you cannot find then in the Pet Rescue Saga Help Video set. .

Have you synced your facebook and king accounts.
Can you check the game IDs, of both accounts as to sync they should be the same. if not it shows you have two sperate game accounts that are not linked
