My game won’t load, I am on level 47 on petopia so I don’t want it removed. How can I solve my loading issue without losing my progress?

Hello my User ID is 1221323753. I love Petopia but it keeps crashing and haven’t been able to play for almost a week on 2 different devices. I’ve lost my daily rewards because I can’t get in to play.

Hi Fluffy. Mine did crush yesterday for a bit. But, it's okay now. I stopped playing for about 5minutes and then, it was okay. I think its because, too many people are playing it .🤔🤷♀️🤷♀️
