@Lindark King will only replace boosters that have been bought. They rarely replace boosters that you have been saving. They can track all the paid for ones.

Hi @lewnessa i am really sorry that you have lost your boosters. Unfortunately boosters are saved within the device memory and not the game, so when you reinstall, all the game data is wiped including the boosters. King can only replace paid for boosters sadly.

As regards Petopia, it is a known issue. @Lynette is hopeful they will have a fix in place soon but if not, you can request it be taken out of the game by writing your ID in this thread here
