I had a dog one day when I go outside the house he guards me from the fierce attacks of the dog .

Pets are supportive when they let you pet them and cuddle them. It's very conforting to hear cats purr too

@Snow_Rider my current pets are all rescues except 1. Not long ago I took in two homeless kitties, bought a doberman puppy and adopted her crippled sister. I would like to say that my pets bring me nothing but joy, but that isn't the case. Recently my rescued cat HEKTOR'S SHADOW got hurt somehow. I had to take her to an emergency vet and spend over $1000.00. Poor thing has a broken back. She is doing better now but has earned the nick name of Broke Back Betty
