Pet Rescue Saga Freeze Problem

Hello,

I can not reach to my account when i tried to login and press play. The screen is freezing when i pressed to play button. I can login to my account but i can not play game. I have tried lots of devices (such as PC, Mobile Phone, iPad etc.) to play game but i couldn't. This issue just about my account because i can play game when i logged in other accounts. Can you solve my problem?

Unfortunately Petopia seems to be causing some issues, so I apologise for the lack of being able to play. Its not something that King wants for its players. Keep an eye on this link and keep checking for updates 🤗

Am I the only one that can't play Pet Rescue Saga for over 2 weeks? Is this problem of not being able to get past the King page still a problem for others?

Hi @bonita_are Petopia was causing problems, but now that it is over you should be able to update (look in your app store) and return to playing.

I still can’t play even though I have updated my iOS to 17.1.1 and checked memory.

Which ios device and version are you using?

Was it you I said the only option might be to reinstall it if nothing else has worked?

Make sure progress is saved but you will lose saved boosters. Also having a lot of boosters can cause issues too as its using more memory.
