Serious application errors!

Just as of this morning, when I logged onto Pet Rescue Sage from my PC, I was getting a scroll of computer code related to my log-in (of course, we don't normally see that on screen). Then, when I seem to be able to start play, none of progress, boosters, etc. are showing. While it indicates the correct level, it won't let me play at all.

I noted there was an app update this morning, so I assme something went wrong. When will it be fixed?

    @candycrazycat Exactly same as me!! Only I was logged out while playing…went to hit the next level and it just signed me out. When I signed back in it gave me a different #Number, lost all my boosters, gold and progress and even petopia disappeared. I also getting computer codes on my screen. I've contacted King support and they have not tried to fix it. I thought I was going crazy until I see you are having the same issue. See if you have a different ID#…mine changed and if they would give me my ID# back not some new one , also no long lisamo , when I sign back in. I'm king 7345. They need to to fix it…I've lost a lot….and can't play.

    I assume you're both playing on the Win 10 app?

    @Lynette , yes I am on windows 10 app. Thank you , maybe you can get us help. I've been sending King emails..still haven't got anywhere.

    I have the same problem. Playing on PC Windows 10. I already contacted player support and waiting for further response.

    I also did all the usual troubleshooting and resetting my game to no avail.

    After the update yesterday, when I turned on the game, my account wouldn't upload so the App automatically assigned a new User ID.

    It wouldn't allow me to log in perhaps due to the new User ID not recognizing my e-mail and password.

    When I clicked play, this is what showed up.

    Followed by

    I already played Petopia, completed numerous levels before the update.

    I also lost everything - GBs, Silver Coins, Boosters and Progress

    I'm playing on a Windows 11 PC. Also, I'm getting the same screens as have been posted.

    I have windows 11 and I am getting all kinds of crazy stuff. can't upload data or something. Can't play Summer pets either. Still waiting………

    Got my summer Petopia yesterday but when I came back to play today I got a notification that it had ended, yesterday it said I had 28 days to play! I also got "unable to load data for event card notification" and also a notification for Hot Keys, cheat menu and command center??? My game has updated and we checked our hard drives etc. I have no clue what is going on with my game, anyone else having issues?
