It sounds more like a Windows problem. Did you tell them it happens to everyone after updating Windows?
Customer Service will be just giving you the usual copy and paste info about getting back a lost game. They need to know exactly what caused this. I have reported it, but not heard back yet 😓
@Lynette , yes, there has to be an issue between the game and windows conflicting when King did their update. I don't think it's a windows update. But there is something conflicting. I just don't have the energy anymore. I have 62 back and forth emails between myself and king. If it was windows alone then none of my king games would work (which I don't play) I just went through and signed out on them and signed back in and have my actual ID# . King needs to sort it out with them..I'm tired of trying. Thank you for reporting it also..xx
I would think that if it's a Windows problem, the other games would be affected also; but they're not.
Where can I report to King directly?
It's ok @candycrazycat they are currently working on a fix, there is no need to let them know any further.

My problem is still on going even after I downloaded the fix. 😌

I'm having the same issue. I updated the game but everything is still gone. Very upsetting.
Did you log in again? I noticed that I had to log in for all my boosters, friends, etc. to show up.
