    Hi! I played Petopia for the first time on my actual computer (in the past it's only been on my mobile device.) I earned 50 gold bars by collecting enough red blocks. I didn't realize that the 11 gold bars that I had in the game on my mobile device cancelled out the 50 gold bars I would've earned in the petopia on my computer. Is there any way I can have the 11 gold bars removed so I can have the 50 placed instead. I worked really hard for those. :-)

      I had no gold gold bars & didn't get the 50 I earned. :(

      I never got them on my mobile device either. I'm starting to think it's bogus .... promises of a good prize, just to then never get it!

      Hi - I tried to claim my gold bars (46) but was told initially that they had already been claimed and then that there was a problem and to come back later although I can’t find where to go back to.

      I would be grateful if you could check this out and add the bars to my account.

      Hi @Numpty121

      It sounds like you have a connection problem (usually because of facebook) the reward will be there once connection is restored. Try logging out of the game, then in again.
