Pet Rescue got a game updates. The van is new and (for now) permanent. You can find the forum part and the update in the following topic.

Hi @spapay there is a New Pet Rescue Saga Level Menu
Unfortunately it's not working properly on the computer version of the game. King are working on a fix.
In the meantime you can also play on the mobile app as the game menu is working properly on there.

If you read the link given above, it is not deliberate but it is a glitch that is taking some time to fix. We need to be patient 😉

When i first get on it says OOps something went wrong and just has a picture of the dog, but lets me play. But my map that shows all the levels is gone
They want you to buy boosters and not go back to easier levels to get free boosters! SAD!

When I start up the game. I have to refresh the page in order to get my daily bonus and the map has disappeared. This has been going on for a week now. What's going on?

Hiya 👋 We really understand your frustration. I know of many that play on computers and are not happy. @Lynette included. Unfortunately the computer versions take longer to do anything update wise, its more complicated than mobiles which is why they are updated quicker and more often.
That being said, I honestly have not heard anything other than they are working on a fix. The trouble is the issues over Christmas seemed to cause other issues too so they have to go in order of importance.
From what I understand, the chest rewards are level based now rather than at the end of the episode so you get them more frequently. So while I understand its annoying you don't have that feature right now, you can at least still play the game.
I would encourage you not to quit just yet, but if its frustrating you, there is always the option of trying another game in the meantime? Something different to look at. Just a thought 🤗
@Rewayda It's really getting upsetting to me also. I've completed several episodes, with no rewards and chest missing. All I have is a camper and the dog. I've spent money on this game and use a laptop. Mobile users, I guess, have most of their fix. Where as us computer users seem to still having problems. I'm starting to wonder if they are really trying to fix it. I know the admins say it's being worked on but I'm to the point where I'm about ready to hang it up. I really enjoy the game too.

I am running on a Kindle and have had the map disappear so I cannot see progress, nor do I get Treasure Chests or Panda Parties or whatever they are called. The game plays well but I cannot get rid of the dog and trailer showing. Is this a permanent change or an undocumented feature in the latest release? I feel I am not getting the same deal I use to get before the dog deal showed up. If this is going to stay is there a way to give feedback?

@sringbean there is always a way to give feedback, you can either email player support from within the game or let us have it here and we pass it over to the community managers who absolutely pass on your comments to the studio. We are all players here so we know how frustrating it is when you're told it will be passed over and you know it's a brush off. But we genuinely do. It might not always be actioned but we send it.
However as you've seen with the links you've been kindly given, hopefully the chest will return and the image is normal so I ask that you stick with it for a little longer 🤗
It's still hard to find the previous levels button so the game has become very boring

My Husband and I both play pet saga and he has the Christmas petopia and my game does not have it. Can you let me know 8f I will be getting it soon.

I was getting daily bonus on pet rescue and now I am not. I found it very helpful and miss not getting it and do not understand why it just stopped showing up. I have been playing the game for quite some time and enjoy it.
