I lost my progress
Hi yes we are, its either the original way or the new version.
Are we not getting daily rewards anymore?
Oh that is annoying @Million7 I am assuming its the same time? I know the clock resets every 24 hours but I am not exactly sure what time it does in Pet. Sometimes if you do it close to reset time and are a few minutes late you do miss it, but if you're not doing that I can understand the frustration.
Can you tell me which device it is you are playing on please and I will pass it over to the CM. (also you have more than 2GB free and everything is updated? as she will ask) 🤗
& it keeps sending me back to day 1 when I know that I play every morning when I'm drinking my coffee-I'm not a happy camper!
Ah I am sorry to hear that, follow the steps in this and if it doesn't work, you'd need to contact player support who can get you back to your level 🤗

Don't panic @evelynredwine were you logged in with Facebook or the kingdom? If so, try logging out, restart your game and log back in. See if that works 🤗
I lost my game progress. When I turned on my game today i was at level 1 instead of 4367. How do i get it back?
