Please could you let me know which device you are playing on and the version...and also the game version please.
And just to check that you have more than 2gb free?

Hi @Snow_Rider. I can only play on my Android, because King has still not resolved the issue of a "go to" button on my Kindle to replay previous levels. However, Petopia will not open at all. I have played a number of levels, each showing the number of pets rescued for Petopia, but my screen continues to show that no pets are in residence. I have only managed to place a special building without opening Petopia, but it will not let me claim the reward for doing so.
I'm addition, every time we have the "Grow a pet" event, my device freezes with that image and I have to force close my game.
