I was looking forward to getting back to play with the new update, but no. The previous petopia is not specifically removed, so still can't get into the game to end the previous version. (and yes I cleared cache).

Its likely you are going to have to reinstall the game as it has been removed by now. If you updated then it should have gone 😭 If you cannot get into the game to log out and you have rebooted your device and updated and cleared cache, there is nothing else to try but that. I am sorry. Its a last resort as you will lose boosters but if you've tried everything else there isn't anything else ☹
