Still crashing and not loading. Uggg 120 day streak gone😭

Still taking a long time to load or not able to load at all. If I switch to a different game the screen turns black and then have to start all over. Very frustrating

This happens every time Petopia is played. I’ve lost my streak. Please fix this!

yes, I stopped getting special buildings about half way through the game as they all crashed, I have continued playing though and completed all Petopia levels and quests.
It might help to clear the cache on your device and remove any unwanted data or apps.

Have not been able access Pet Rescue successfully in a week! Very frustrating. I have tried reinstalling on all of my devices and it still isn’t working! Please advise!

Same issue and LOL received response telling me to empty my cache - well duh no cache to empty on my iPhone and iPad plus no issues with streaming and other apps - it’s definitely related to this game and please stop blaming the user
