I'd suggest looking in your app store for a game update to see if that is why you didn't get Petopia this time. Hopefully updating will make it start.

Petopia is only available on mobile devices.

If you are currently playing on a desktop, you can continue playing on a mobile device by connecting the game to your Facebook account and access to the Winter Petopia.

Note also, that some older devices and low end devices may not be able to run Petopia.

Connection issues on your device can also prevent you from seeing the event.

You will also need the latest version of the app installed on your device to be able to receive the event in your game.

Can I ask what device you're playing on?

It sounds like your device has trouble saving all the data. Do you clear your cache regularily?

I don't know why, but there are problems with events that freeze and become difficult or impossible to open

I don't know why I celebrated buildings and also got these little houses, the tree, and the gifts 😭😭

I'm trying my device and my daughter's device, but I'm sure it's not one of the devices because it's not the first time and many people are suffering from the same problems as well.
