I only have one pet drop down.

It's not the green tiles it's the one that look like tennis balls you have to remove them then another pet will drop

Its not taking so long to fix in as much as there have been complications. It happens rarely but annoying when it does.

You have asked this several times now but seem to have missed all replies. Petopia isn't available to everyone each time and sometimes is dependent on device. The game chooses randomly so you might not have it this time, but might another 😉

Can I ask why two threads have been merged for two different issues?
I’m checking this board every couple days for updates on level 7482 and now I’m having to filter through comments relating to another level.
It’s just adding to the frustration now.1
