  • Yes, I've cleared cache/cookies. I'm playing on a PC and this is the second time my team and/or myself have lost out on prizes that WE WON! This is getting really aggravating, especially since I throw real money at the game and still lose what I've won.

  • Right, but in the meantime our team lost out on the rewards for the final slice. What if it happens again? It will still be under investigation and we'll lose the rewards again? It's funny that it was working fine up until the final slice. As of now Bake a Cake is working fine.

  • I'm having the same problem! After baking a few layers the button greyed out on me and I am not in Cake Jail.
  • It's been so long now that I forgot all about it. I've blown so much cash on the game now that it would hardly make a difference at this point. If it happens again though I'll be sure to report it.

  • I like the rewards for team effort but it would be nice if we could choose a team and/or have active players grouped with other active players. Several days go by where it's just me or maybe one other teammate playing. A few people on my team seem to be completely inactive.
