What happened to 4 in a row? 3 days now since I've seen it in my game (win10)

I have just encountered the exact same thing….. now I'm stuck since I've just used up all my boosters trying to win it, but it does not work, no matter how hard I try…..

I finished 2 tiles, another person picked another and it told me "to come back later"….. then when logging back in, it wasn't there anymore.
