I'm sorry you lost your win streak. King won't compensate. Honestly having a good win streak is a FLEX, but you won't gain anything from it. Some players hang on to it, some dont.

Hello. Ads is not permanent feature in this game. Have you purchased boosters, lives, goldbars. Once you purchase anything your ads are gone. If you've not purchased anything then you will get your ads back.

Every wednesday new levels are released. Those new levels and levels after 17000 are quiet difficult to pass without strong booster and by using gold stash for extra moves. If the items you've purchased does reflect in your game, then you cannot get refund.

Hi. Do you remember using gold bars for extra moves while playing an episode race. Normally we pay gold for extra moves(sometimes ads). If your used gold bars for extra moves they deduct it.
