I have to delete my app and reinstall because it won’t open. I did not have a profile but have created one now. I’m on approximate level 4915 and I don’t want to lose it and start over. (Did that once at 1200 because I thought it was like other apps that didn’t reset.). Can you help me?
I've been playing Pyramid Saga for yrs. I got another phone. I've always save my progress. I lost everything. Now that I restarted it has me at level 1. I've also logged into Facebook still level one. I have several king games and was and was able have all my current levels. Question is there anyway to get this back?

All in all I recreated an account with the same email address by changing the password and installed the game on my mobile phone (since on the tablet it no longer works)…
