Hi. I cannot receive any lives from my friends. I tried reinstalling the game too but still nothing. Please help

Can you please tell me how you are logged into the game and what device you are playing on. I don't know yet if it's related. But if we want to find out why you don't get lives, I need some details.
I currently have no problems sending and receiving life. I play on Android and it works fine for me there.

I have done all the suggestions I was given to get lives. But still it is not working. I clear the cache. I shut off the phone. Put it back on. Still no lives being given to me. I can send lives but noone is answering mybrequest for lives. I use to have tons if lives now nothing I dont even have an inbox showing. This. Is so frustrating. Help
