LOST BOOSTERS LEVELS AND LIVES
Hi. I had problems with my phone and I had to factory reset it. As a result I downloaded the game again and logged in as before. I’ve lost all my boosters, all the lived people sent me and I’ve also lost approximately 100 levels. I was on about level 650 and now I’m back to level 559.
I'm not happy at all. I love the game but this is very frustrating. I’ve never had this problem with other games.

⚠️ So please attention when you have trouble to lose all of your boosters! ⚠️
1. The boosters and lives also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device or reinstall game!
2. The boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play.
We do not replace items and help you to return your boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to our Player Support team here, so they can help. 😊

@Tuft8855 Hi and welcome, I am sorry to here this has happened to you, but in the case of mobile devices your boosters and lives are stored on the device itself, So if your phone or game crashes, you do a reset , uninstall the game or change phones your boosters and lives are lost and are not recoverable, unless you had any unused purchased boosters, you can then contact support from your game and they should help you with these.

Boosters and lives are stored on device memory. So once you did factory settings it erased the memory used by game and you lost your boosters and lives. And unfortunately they are not recoverable.
