Under investigation: crashing and freezing after buying Extra Moves

Hello, Adventurers!

We've been informed that there’s a problem causing some crashes after purchasing Extra Moves at the end of a level.

The Studio team is on it, and they'll do everything they can to fix the issue quickly so that you can get back to your game.

And my problem is not with it crashing after making purchases, does anybody actually read what we're saying?

But now my issue is just trying to reset my password.

I've been playing this game for 7 years. All of a sudden the app will try to start up but then immediately shuts down. It won't even load.

I've restarted my phone and cleared cache, nothing is working.

I wanted to save my progress before reinstalling the app but cannot figure out how to do that.
