Hi. I get lives appear in the envelope on the left of the main screen and when I need to use the lives and click accept they don’t appear in my lives count and they disappear from the envelope. Also if I for example have 10 lives and I accept to use 5 or less all 10 disappear.
Ive contacted customer support numerous times and all I get is the following.
THIS DOES NOT WORK and it’s very frustrating. I love the game but this problem makes me want to find something else to play

I’m not receiving any lives from my friends
As our games are played by millions of people around all around the world, this means sometimes there can be a delay in messages being delivered, due to sheer volume.
This is something we're constantly working to improve, however it does also rely on some factors which are outside our control, such as linked social media networks and internet providers.
If you're experiencing intermittent issues, we would recommend re-sending the request and if possible, check with your friend that they're receiving and responding to them.
If this does not solve your issue, please contact us and we will be happy to look into it.

Hi and welcome to the community.
There was an issue with the facebook and we need to update our game application to get the fix. So please do the standard troubleshooting tips by Log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again.
If playing through web browser please clear cache /history and restart your device and check again.
If that also not working check the below link and facebook settings.

I am not using Facebook I use my email address.
What I have found out is that if I request lives I click accept and I get them. If another player sends me a life as a thank you I don’t get them.
It is obviously a game problem and nothing to do with my internet.
Please stop sending me standard messages that don’t work and fix the problem. This has gone on for about a week now and is no where near fixed.

You don’t seem to read my messages. It’s got nothing to do with losing a life each time I fail a level. I know that you lose a life that way. Also it’s got nothing to do with slow internet etc.
The problem is (and no-one seems to listen) is that if I request lives from my game friends I get them fine. BUT IF I SEND SOMEONE A LIFE AND THEY SEND ME ONE BACK AS A THANK YOU I DON’T GET IT.
All I get back from yourselves is messages that seem to suggest your not reading my messages.
