Sick and tired of waiting on King to fix this. It's been months and the new update did nothing.
The WiFi symbol continues to just spin and not connect and I'm unable to continue my progress on my new phone.
Fix this already!

I see from previous comments that you do not wish to reinstall the game app as you don't want to lose your Boosters.
I can relate but reinstalling the game app might be the solution to the problem as it usually does fix issues like these without having to wait for a fix.
How many Boosters are we talking about by the way that you don't want to lose?
I got about a 100 for each booster. That's why I refuse to reinstall.

Are you using an iOS device or an Android?
If you have an iOS device, you can "Back-up" your game to iCloud (or similar to that), and then you can reinstall the game without any worries. Backing up your game saves all your boosters.
If you own an Android device, I am not sure how to "back up" the game!
I switched from iOS to Android, so that doesn't help.

I'm sorry to hear this isn't solved yet, and I'll do my best to help you, too.
I'm a bit confused- Boosters are stored in each device, so if you won those Boosters in the old device, and you changed from an iOS device to an Android? In this case, I'm afraid you won't have your Boosters available anymore. 😥

That's why I'd really suggest to reinstall the app in this case.
If that's the case, I'll just use up all my boosters on my old phone. But the main issue is not being able to sync my progress with the new phone.
Please Use same Id And Password To log in New Device.

I am sorry to hear that the level progress is not the same on both devices!
Which level are you currently playing and which level is it showing on the new phone? Can you post a screenshot of your Map screen from both old phone and new phone?

Did you reinstall the app on the new device again?
Why would I reinstall the game on the new device? The problem comes from the old device. All my progress is on my iPhone. I feel as if none of you are listening and offering pointless solutions.
The issue is the wifi sync on iPhone. Fix it already!
Another update and still no fix to the sync problem. This is honestly getting tiresome.
