can’t retrieve the people playing with me. Can’t get it give lives to these people or get lives from them. Updated to 18.01 on I phone last night

Can you please advise me? I've been playing the game for a very long time and I've had many tools, some of them even several hundreds. A few days ago they all got deleted and everything has a zero. Why?? Is there any way you can return it to me? Thank you Jitka

Bonjour, Je suis au niveau 1833. Aujourd'hui tous mes bonus ont encore disparus, j'ai éteint, rallumé mon appareil, rien y fait mais ce n'est pas tout, il m'est impossible d'envoyer des vies.
