When I tap the envelope button the game closes every time. Everything else works just fine. I am on ios 18.5

I can't change the look of the cards in pyramid saga
I saw other players changing their cards , but I couldn't because there is no change ICON in my game , I wonder why ? And is there anything I can do ? Thanks

Une publicité engendre un bugg du jeux ! Le jeux n'est donc plus du tout viable et ne peut pas continuer ainsi, le jeux est devenu impossible. Je vais desinstaller. Merci de supprimer cette publicité nuisible !!!
