Hi June, have you been playing the game through Facebook because they save your progress. If you don't play through Facebook the levels aren't saved. What I can do is to try to elevate your issue to a King Admin and maybe she can write you privately here. Thanks Elsa!

Hi Blue, unfortunately when you don't play the game through Facebook you can lose your progress. Facebook saves your progress but I will try to elevate this to a Kind Admin and perhaps she can help you further with this. My suggestion for now is please, please play through Facebook because then if your phone stops working…
