Before I offer any help, is the "not loading correct" means your game is not loading properly. If yes, please click on the links below in green either under "the game not working on mobile" or "the game not working on PC" that is applicable to you.
The game not working on mobile
- Game freezing or crashing
- Game stuck on loading screen on iPhone & iPad
- Game not connecting to Facebook
- Game has connected to the wrong Facebook account?

Sorry to hear about your current few levels lost. đ˘
You make sure use stable Internet Connection while playing a few of levels first then I hope you never lost back to previous current level again. đ
If you have used stable Internet Connection while playing a few of levels already but it's still not worked, how about you follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug here (Any Computer Device) that I hope nothing this happens again. đ
You can also trying to download the game if you have playing mobile device. Then you can continue saving your progress (save your current level) with Facebook/King Account. Gold Bars and some events can still transferred but boosters, saved-lives from mail/Indox and some events cannot transferred with any devices.
I have playing the game has nothing major issues like Crashing, Level Bugs and another issues with mobile device but give up to play with PC too. đ
