why tree topper events never give me the prizes 🥲 got stressed cause of it .. dmm

How about you try these steps here 👇😊

1. Open the game

2. Select Profile

3. Select Log Out then Close the app

4. Reopen the app then Log back in to your profile and finally Open the game.

Also check that you have a stable internet connection or a strong WiFi signal. You might want to see if your Internet Service Provider is experiencing any current issues.

If it's still not worked from above steps, how about you follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug here (any device) that I hope you can receive your rewards. 😊

⚠️ NOTE ⚠️

If you want to try uninstall and reinstall steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered and your current level is saved but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset or gone when you save your progress completed with Facebook or King.Com.

Hello there @V1397 and good day to you.

Thanks for raising the issue. Firstly, to ensure that you've collected the boosters, please check that you've done the following:-

1. You didn't click on bubblegum troll.
2. You've hit the "Quit the Game", then followed by the "claim" button.
3. If you've done step 2, make sure you have full lives to play the game because those timed boosters will run out of time if you didn't use them immediately.

My advise is to always check on the Tree Topper events and collect those boosters before you start playing a level, so your timed boosters don't get wasted 😊

tree topper gives me some of the prises i win but wont give colour bombs
