I've been stuck on this level for ever it's impossible to rescue 10 pets with 27 moves given all the hazards to overcome. I've used boosters but still not able to complete the level. Looks like the only way to do it is to spend money to buy more moves. Completely unfair.

Hi @OMAC - I actually could not pass this level without buying some extra moves, as you would have seen in the video example that Lim posted above 😓
Personally, I agree that all levels should be passable without needing help, but they only get made easier if enough players cannot pass and it looks like everyone else is happy to use boosters.
I have no advice other than to try winning some boosters via the Mystery Mountain and Weather Alert bonus games to help you through.
