When I try and buy say 10 gold bars I double click on the side of my phone then it takes me to a different page then I have to go and manually put password in then it says transaction is complete I leave that page and go to candy crush where it says purchase unsuccessful, but when I check my account money has been taken out. I enjoy playing CC but I’m getting fed up of not progressing!!

If it's still not worked, you click on "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope how they can help and answer you but it taken longer. 😉

And you can also still earned more free boosters (gold bars) by in-game features/events (also contests) that you can use the boosters to beat any tricky levels too. 😉
