Good morning
My game is not connecting to the app store.Just get a circle keep going round and round.I,m playing on Windows 11 and have been for sometime.Have also tried connecting to my account and a message pops up "there is a connection error"

Please clear the game cache from your device settings check for any pending updates and make sure you have a strong Internet connection with a minimum of 2gig of free memory
Log out not just close the game and leave your device off for a moment or two let's see if this resets it for you
You may need to Repeat the logging out procedure 💓
Thankyou. Where do I find the updates please? Internet connection is very good with fibre to the cabinet.Sat on about 60mg.Laptop has a 1tb ssd with 32gb of RAM.
Hi if you have any pending they will be in your device app store/Microsoft store or equivalent to your device
Also don't forget to follow the logg out not just close the game and leave your device off for a moment or two procedure

Have logged in and out etc.Switched device on and off etc.Can log in to my account via bt Jelly Saga but cannot do so via Candy Crush Saga or Soda Saga.Still Crush Saga NOT connecting to apps store
