Siopao is one of my favorite bread from the Philippines. It is served with Beef Mami (Beef Noodle Soup) topped with green onions, pork rinds and hard boiled eggs.
My son used to be a picky eater when he was younger. He was more into American food when he was growing up. Now, in this stay-home, stay safe time, he always comes to the kitchen when he hears me putting away the pots and pans and asks what am I fixing. He wants me to make Egg Rolls and Crab Rangoon next time.
