I thought you had a cleared a level but then it showed that you still had to play it. But from your last message here it's a different situation. So what's happening now is when you open the game it shows level 2120 correct? But prior to that you were up to level 2229 correct? That's a different situation.
This is what you have to do to get your progress back. First you have to get your user ID # by following the steps from HERE. Once you have the number, please complete the contact form from this link: https://soporto.king.com/contact
They can manually go into your new account and get you back to where you were. It might take a couple of days before you get a response so please be patient. You should get an email with a ticket number on it. Please make sure to use this topic and subtopic when completing the form.

They changed their way of contacting them. I didn't realize it until you just wrote this. What you have to do instead is to scroll down to the bottom of this page and click on "Contact Us". On the bottom right side, if you are on a computer, a box will pop up. Click on the "Start a conversation" and type your information in there.
