I cannot load the game or connect it to Facebook- Fixed!

There is an issue with the game on Facebook at the moment. The game:
- is not loading on Facebook (PC)
- cannot connect to Facebook (mobile)
The team is investigating this, and we're sure they'll find a solution soon. Until it's fixed, can you please play on a mobile device, connected to your King account? If you haven't got a King account, HERE you can see how to create one 😊

We have some good news for you today- the tech team has just announced that the issue has been solved today. 🙌
So you can play on a PC on Facebook or connect your game to your Facebook account if you prefer. If you've created a King account to play during the weekend, that's fine- it's always a good thing to be part of the Kingdom! 😊

Hello @Diamond Lim ~ Well I think I made a big mistake! I wasn't able to save my progress through my Facebook account. Well I deleted the app (Diamond Diaries) and reinstalled it. It started me at level one & I still can't save progress thru Facebook. Is this fixable or am I starting all over again? Please let me know when you can and as always thanks for everything!

Like @Lola_Pop explained you, you can also download this game (Diamond Diaries Saga) if you have playing mobile device. Then you can continue saving your progress (save your current level) with your Facebook/King Account. Gold Bars, some events and collect the diamond mission can still transferred but boosters and some events cannot transferred with any devices.
And Attention! Community Team has still no longer to be released new levels (until to Level 1415) on Facebook (PC). Their team always released new levels (Max Level : Level 2510 currently now) on this game with mobile devices. And there is no major issues like Crashing/Freezing with mobile devices. 😉
I have playing this game has nothing major issues like Crashing, Level Bugs and another issues with mobile device but give up to play with PC too. 😉
