Don't worry! How about you click on Forgot your password then type your email address and then click on reset password. Then you reset your password and finally you log back to your Kingdom Account. I hope this helps as I see the player try these steps then it's really solved. 😊
Some players have asked this problem too.
Anyway, they are experiencing a temporary connection issue which is affecting many of our games at the moment.
This issue may give various connection errors with events, purchases, video ads or connecting to your game account (Facebook and King account).
They are working on a fix and to get everything back on track and counting on having this sorted out shortly.

If you have any game questions at all, I am going to add a link here that will open up as an Excel spreadsheet. On the left you will find your game and then scroll across to where you would like to go. For example, do you have a game issue question? Then click on your game Support link. Would you like to meet other game players that play the same game as you? Then click on the Discussions link.
