Oh! No! When you still cannot connect with your Facebook/Kingdom Account on this game :
Don't worry! You can click here (Facebook) then you select a device and read to follow these troubleshooting steps of login issue/problem that I hope this helps.
If you want to connect Kingdom Account, you can click Android, Apple or Windows 10 App then read to follow these troubleshooting steps of login issue/problem too.
If it's still not worked from above steps, how about you follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug here (any device) that I hope nothing this happens. 😊
I think uninstall and then reinstall steps then must allow the confirmation message to show for the software to register it is the best solve problem that I hope nothing this happens too.

If you want to try uninstall and reinstall steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered and your current level is saved but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset or gone when you save your progress completed with Facebook or King.Com.

As suggested by our Hub Moderator wykoon, please follow these steps here :
- Log in to your king.com account.
- Then select a game with play button and click on that button. You don't need to play the game, just need to ensure that the left hand side toolbar appears and showing the "add friends" feature as per image below.
You may add them via email as per the image above and wait for the party to accept once they log in to their Kingdom acc. via the king.com. OR simply select the random players that appears below the "Add to Favorites" and click on the green icon with a + sign. Once they've accepted, they will appear in your list as shown in the top line where you see Siti Payung and Nicky Cousins (this is a random player that I've accepted) there.
Once they are in your list, you can start sending them lives or request lives from them in your game. However, don't get frustrated if they didn't respond to your request.
** You can going and playing Candy Crush Saga, Candy Crush Soda Saga, Farm Heroes Saga, Blossom Blast Saga, Bubble Witch 2 Saga or Farm Heroes Super Saga then you can see and have this "add friends" feature. 😊 **
But Attention! Their games will no longer be playable on King.com after 31st March 2022. Check this information here ( 🖥️ Official Announcement regarding our games moving from King.com).

Anyway, I see that information for Alphabetty Saga has shut down on 14th December 2021 already.
But don't worry! You can also trying to select another one active King Game will you like playing here? 😉
