Issues with game

As wykoon the Community Hub Moderator suggested to solve this issue 👇

The loading issue may be due to the app/game not properly connected to the game server. It may be caused by unstable network connection or game server not working properly.

Thus, do try to exit game to the game page, disconnect from internet, wait for few seconds before reconnecting back to the internet, click on the play button and play a level. After that, go to the shop tab and start your purchase.

Please also check that you have not make any in-app restriction in your device. To deactivate restriction, please read here and select the applicable topic, then do the opposite as the article is about restricting in-app purchase.

If this level has been still not fixed yet, let's try another these steps here 👇😊

1. Open this game

2. Select Profile

3. Select Log Out then Close the app

4. Reopen the app then Log back in to your profile (don't play first) and finally Open the game (can play now). Then let's try playing this level again.

⚠️ So please also attention when you have trouble to lose all of your inventory boosters and lives! ⚠️

1. The inventory boosters and lives also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device or reinstall game! 

2. The inventory boosters and lives are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved. 

It’s best not to store too many Boosters and Lives on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. 

They do not replace items and help you to return your boosters and lives back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to their Player Support team here and then ask and send your Game ID (How to find your Game ID), so they can help. 😊

If you have used with mobile device, you click on profile picture (top right) then you click on "Bell" icon and finally you can see I tag and answer you on your notifications. 😉

As you uninstall and reinstall or clear all of the data of this game then log back in to your account successfully, Your current progress, Collect the Diamond Mission Feature, City Challenge (Episode Race Episode) Feature and Gold Bars can be still transferred/saved but unfortunately as all of inventory lives from friends sending the lives, inventory boosters and some new features will be lost.
