    Hi, I did not receive the 3 party boosters for placing first in this weekends Lovely Leaderboard game. Monday morning when I went to collect it would not let me collect and the leader board had changed to more rewards than just the top three, with the game clock at all zeros. Today it was gone without being able to collect earned rewards. Attached is a screen shot of the problem. Would King please give me the reward of the 3 party boosters I earned. Thanks for your help!

    Did youĀ update the latest versionĀ of this game? šŸ¤”

    If youĀ have updated the latest version of this gameĀ already but it'sĀ still not received your boosters yet, try another these steps here šŸ‘‡šŸ˜Š

    1. Open this game

    2. Select Profile

    3. Select Log Out your Facebook/Kingdom Account then Close this game app

    4. Reopen this game then Log back in to your profile (don't play first) and finally Open the game (can play now). Then we hope you will receive the boosters back.

    Also check that you have a stable internet connection or a strong WiFi signal. You might want to see if your Internet Service Provider is experiencing any current issues.

    If it'sĀ stillĀ not received the boosters after following up these steps, you click onĀ "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope how they can help and answer you but it takenĀ longer. šŸ˜‰
