Why is it so difficult to close the player account?

Why is it so difficult to close the player account? I sent the form twice and received the same answer, let me fill in the form... I already filled it out twice! You close the bank account faster than an account with a game! It's already frustrating. In fact, we, the players, should have this option, we should do it ourselves.

First of all, I have closed your other question as it was creating confusion for both you and us.

Now, with regards to your account, the form you filled and submitted has reached the King Player Support team. But, they are waiting for your reply.

So, please look for the email you have received from King (not King Community), and send a reply to them. At the top of the email body (just below to Subject line), you will see “reply above this line (something like that). You will have to tap there and write your reply that you would like to delete your game account.

The King team needs your confirmation that you would like to delete your account and it was not an accident that you chose that option (it is a process).

Please post back and let me know if you need further assistance.

They keep telling me to fill in a form and when I send it they tell me to fill in the same form... it's like a closed circuit. I already feel abused, I'm frustrated, it's like I'm being held here by force. You can't do something like that. Can you really do anything against them?

Hello @Adelasanda have you used the Delete My Account option that is in your Settings? You can see the delete option in my screenshot below. It is the button with a X on it.

If you play on mobile you have to contact Player Support and use the button shown above. Selecting the delete button brings up the window you can see below,

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
