Don't worry! How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug as so many players have this problem. (I hope it's solved! 🤔)

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset or gone.

Hi @elzky thanks for your reply so am I right in saying you reloaded you game on a new device but have lost your progress ? Was your game original saved ? If so try logging out then turning you're device off and on if your game was saved this should reset your progress if not I can pass on the next step you will need to do. 👍
