Not receiving infinite lives for gold bars purchased
I boutique gold bars because they advertise 2hrs of infinite lives. Did this many times and not once did I receive infinite lives. No response from customer care either.

Can't play Blossom Blast in Facebook, unlike other King games, it is too large for the screen
I have to keep scrolling up and down to see it and it's annoying to try and play. Additionally, the playing field itself is small enough, but the entire game screen is just spread out too far to be of use or any fun

Problem w/ lily pads on Blossom Blast Saga level 589
when I hit the upper boulders & they travel over the lily pads to hit the dirt piles on the right side, when the boulder ricochets back, the lily pad disappears underneath it & the boulder falls into the water so the boulder is only used once. Puzzle Pieces
I am getting "puzzle piece" levels in Blossom Blast. What do they even do? Don't seem to win anything or make any progress with passing them. Totally frustrating! What's the point?

Unlimited lives
I bought bar package for unlimited lives and only received bars not lives. I have Samsung note 5. did not want the bars, only purchased for unlimited 2 hour lives.

I finished level 700 but now there aren't any more levels? Please say some more are on their way??!!!

Connection to Facebook
It won't let me connect to friends on Facebook. It says I'm connected.. but when I try to ask for help unlocking an episode or for lives it says "server error. It looks like something went wrong". Please help.

Game locking up
I'm at level 548 of Blossom Blast & having a problem with the game locking up. No problems until this level. I can play one life and works fine but the next one it locks up. Is something going on with the game?

I'm using Iphone 5S, and when I tried to download "blossom blast saga" app, its asking me to make payment. While my brother, who is having Iphone 6S is able to download it for free. We both are having same OS, IOS 10. Can you explain me why?
