Hi @zainab786 this is really strange. Do you play on Windows or on a mobile device?
With mobile devices, the following often helps:
- clear the cache (usually for settings, apps, memory). Please never go to delete data, it deletes all boosters.
- Force all apps to close
- Turn off the device to keep it off for at least 10 seconds.
- Open the app after switching on and see if the daily reward reappears
Please tell me if these steps have helped you as well.
With the other error, we have to wait for a solution from the studio.ย

I forgot to tell you. I play on my mobile. It doesn't let me play on my ipad because it's old

The game is glitching all the time by this few days. And one day when I restarted the game, all of my reward tools has disappeared. Did anyone have the similar issues? How can I get them back?๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ
I have the same thing happening to my game. It's been happening for a couple of days now. It opens and gives me the rewards and then goes black and freezes. I don't even know if I got the daily reward because I have to close the game and reopen it again. It's happening on Windows 10 and also mobile. Tagging @Lola_Pop to report this to the Blossom Blast studio.
Yep same thing when I try to play and now also I tried adding 3lives from my list and it removed them from the total lives but did not give them to me
What really annoys me too is there is no way of contacting customer services. You have to post on here and hope someone reads it. I want my 3 lives back but know I won't get them.
