@NamTruong2001 where are you trying to load it from? Are you trying to get in through king.com? I just tried and it's not opening. I went to my Facebook account and tried to do a search for the game but the only thing that comes up is saying that it's available on mobile - Android or Apple. I have the app on my iPhone. I don't think it's available on desktop anymore.

I've reported this problem at least a couple of times. It's been going on for a few months. Hopefully the studio is working to correct it.

I think it's only available on Chrome. Maybe it's not supported on Edge. And the screenshot is on Facebook Apps subpage.

I never use Chrome for anything. I always use Firefox. I NEVER use Edge!
@debrichmond it bothers me when these studios don't even give us an explanation as to why it's not being fixed. I wonder if they all just concentrate on mobile devices for their games since the majority of the players these days use mobile more than desktop.

Have not had a chance to play yet has not loaded from first time downloaded to play

I have a laptop game room finished along with my games went to King.com and found games for pc a couple of games Iplayed are there so cicked play the only one that does not load is blossom blast just keeping saying a connection issue and will fix asp.

Try clearing your browser cache entirely and then restart your device and see if this helps the game to load. If not try using a different browser.
If not it may be that there is a temporary issue with the game on king.com. will tag @Lola_Pop to see if she has any information on this
